Innovation seminar final projects
In Winter quarter (Jan-Mar), Bob Sutton and I taught a small seminar titled Innovation in Complex Organizations. It was for masters students and we got a mix of engineers, cs, business school, and product design students. It turned out to be a wonderful experience and the students did extraordinary work on the projects (for GM, NASCAR and P&G) and in the classroom discussions. For the final project, we asked each student to create a video manifesto of their own point of view on the topic of the course (Innovation in Complex Organizations). The work they gave back was terrific. As evidence, here’s one student’s very musical take on the final — meet Gus Bitdinger…
Very Intertaining and original!!! I liked it!
Yes, he did a really great job on that.
